Many of my clients began therapy struggling with debilitating anxiety, depression, post-partum blues, or living with the burden of past traumas. Like you, they felt alone, in a rut—believing that they deserved to feel this way on a daily basis. Outwardly, you may be a high performer, but something just doesn’t feel “right.” I hope to guide you in finding ways to navigate life’s stressors, process trauma and experiences, and thrive in relationships with others. I offer my clients a safe space, where they can look within themselves without being judged, chastised, or overwhelmed. I have extensive training in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, family, and relationship issues.
