Introduction

I offer a holistic, collaborative and strength based approach to empower you to reach your goals. I strive to provide a safe space, while gently encouraging you beyond your comfort zone. My specialties include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, self worth, trauma, occupational issues, life transitions, prenatal/postnatal, women's issues and managing work/life balance. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University and have been in practice for over a decade, providing therapy, clinical supervision and facilitating trauma trainings. I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth. I offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation so you can learn more about my approach and determine if it may be a good fit.
