Introduction

Hola! I am a bilingual, bicultural Latina therapist based in Southern California. I specialize in intergenerational trauma, early childhood trauma, complex trauma in immigrant populations, and imposter syndrome. I currently work with First-Generation Women of Color (WOC) college/graduate students and young professionals who struggle with issues associated to imposter syndrome. I practice through a culturally inclusive, anti-oppressive clinical approach. As a First-Gen myself, I not only empathize with my clients but assist them with understanding their imposter syndrome, its origins, and negative behaviors and symptoms developed over time as a result. Through a strength-based approach and caring and collaborative environment, I help and empower my clients to be the best version of themselves by identifying solutions to live life authentically and with confidence.
