Introduction

Yassi is passionate about helping clients reclaim their lives from the grips of Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), dissociation, and deeply rooted trauma. She also specializes in medical traumas, anxiety disorders such as health anxiety, OCD, phobias, and depression. By weaving somatic interventions with Eastern music and dance, she helps clients reconnect with their bodies. Based in California, Yassi is dedicated to creating a culturally sensitive space for former refugees and immigrants, especially Farsi/Persian-speaking communities. Yassi provides treatment both in UT and CA (CA location is only out of pocket but sliding scale is provided). As an EMDR Certified & Approved Consultant, Yassi integrates EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS) - Level 1 & 2 trained, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (L1) Structural Dissociation & Ego State Therapy, and Mindfulness-Oriented (MORE). This comprehensive approach allows her to customize treatment, addressing the unique needs of each client for deeper healing. Yassi also provides EMDR Consultation for professional.
