Finding a therapist can be stressful sometimes, but don’t let that discourage you. As a therapist, I’m here to support you on that journey and highlight the strengths within yourself that will help you achieve your goals. I care and take pride in the work that I do. My goal is to make a positive impact in the lives that I come across. I have over a decade of experience working with diverse populations within the community providing in-home family therapy (IHT) and individual counseling. I am goal oriented and I am looking forward to support others in their effort to overcome challenging moments in their lives. When it comes to counseling, we are all different and one size doesn’t fit all. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you manage life stressors in a healthy manner.
