Do you struggle with worrying thoughts and nervous feelings that just don't go away? Do you struggle saying NO to others, put the needs of others over yours, or feel selfish for taking time off or doing something for yourself? Does your kiddo or teen struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, or difficulty with peers? If you are here it sounds like you are ready for some real change. I have a passion for working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, difficulty saying "NO" to others, and difficult childhood experiences. I have experience working with teens and young adults as they work towards finding their identity while transitioning towards the exciting, and sometimes scary, transition into adulthood. I feel passionate about creating a safe space for kiddos as they begin to experience big emotions and explore peer relationships. I am especially sensitive to the experiences of marginalized groups and am passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and sexual orientations. Whatever your situation is, I would like the opportunity to walk alongside you as you take the brave first steps into your healing journey.
