As a Systemic therapist who also understands the importance of a person-centered approach, I help individuals, couples, and family’s increase awareness of current emotional, behavioral, and communicative patterns that create a barrier to personal and interpersonal growth. Recognizing the importance of culture and identity, I utilize an intersectional approach to each individual and family. Life consists of beautiful moments of laughter and love mixed with the mundane, turbulent, and traumatic. During life’s moments of uncertainty and crisis, I provide a comfortable space that allows individuals, families and couples the opportunity to express themselves, gain insight and develop skills to resolve life’s challenges. I help people through life’s challenges that include but are not limited to significant life transitions, relationship struggles, death of a loved one, Divorce/Separation, and Parent-child conflicts.
