I welcome a variety of concerns to my practice, though my areas of focus are: romantic relationships, familial relationships, anxiety, depression, sexuality, life transitions, pregnancy, relational conflict, attachment, self-esteem, self-love & trauma. In therapy you'll find that my style is warm, empathic, compassionate and empowering. I often take a relational approach with aspects of mindfulness, family systems, and DBT. Ultimately, I believe therapy is unique to each person and an individually tailored plan should be made for each person's needs.
