Introduction

Zach was born in Nashville, TN, and spent most of his young life in Washington, Alaska, and then Idaho. Zach has been licensed in the state of Idaho since 2019. He attained his masters degree in social work through Boise State University. He has worked with young adults and adults in a variety of settings and roles. Zach is trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, conflict resolution, and youth advocacy. He is excited to work at A Chance 4 Change as a mental health therapist and be a part of the profession which is so near to his heart. Zach has a long history of working with youth and young adults, both as a volunteer and as a professional. This work has included both group and individual counseling, mentoring and advocacy work. He has done work in a adult psychiatric hospital and a facility for at-risk youth. Zach lives with his wife and two children in the Magic Valley and is pleased to stay local and give back into the community which his family appreciates so much. Zach, his wife and two children love living in this area. They enjoy being outdoors and spending time together in nature. When he isn't working, Zach can be found putting together a team to play Ultimate Frisbee or volunteering at his church.
