I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a compassionate approach that blends mindfulness, existentialist and, behavioral strategies. Together, we’ll explore your values, develop tools for managing challenging emotions, and focus on building a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I work with anyone 10 and older at an outpatient level. Facing life’s struggles can feel isolating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy is a space to explore your story without judgment and take steps toward the life you want to live.
