Zachary is also experienced in providing mental health counseling services to individuals of all ages, genders, and orientations with various issues and needs including, personality disorder, adult/child ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, self-injury, gender and LGBTQ+ related issues, military transitional issues, addiction, and trauma related disorders/symptoms. Zachary believes that each client is unique and as a result so as are the course and expression of their symptoms. Using This philosophy, Zachary focuses on collaborating with clients to develop their own customized treatments that maximize personal recovery, promote emotional growth, and facilitate effective management of their lives. Approaching therapy in this way often involves working with clients on identifying, understanding, and then effectively addressing their symptoms in the here and now. Through this approach clients develop into experts on themselves, learn skills that will increase their resiliency, and reduce their suffering.
