Zachary offers clients a safe, creative space to explore the challenges they're confronting honestly and without judgement. He wants clients to be able to bring their whole self into sessions by accessing and connecting their thinking and feeling self; their mind and their body; their passion and their purpose. With warm, focused attention, he works with his clients to examine the past and envision the future while firmly rooted in the here and now. Zachary brings a relational, holistic approach into sessions using trauma-informed techniques from Gestalt, AEDP, and IFS therapies, which help clients to fully realize their natural capability to write the story they want to live. He also hold certification in Level 1 of Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). For work with couples, he has completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help couples improve communication, navigate conflict and repair past hurts. Zachary believes every life is a journey and a story. No matter where clients are in their story, there is always an opportunity to discover, to heal and to grow.
