I hold an M.S. & Ph.D. in child, adolescent & family development with a specialty in marriage and family therapy and have devoted the past 20+ years to my work in the eating disorder community (i.e., public policy, training, prevention, and intervention). My work focuses on creating body trust and respect, healing from disordered eating, and recovering from diagnosable eating disorders. I have worked across the continuum of all levels of care, age groups, genders, sexual orientations, races, and religions. My goal is to honor your individual story and path towards recovery while simultaneously providing you with the tools, insight, and information you need for that journey. This often also includes working with parents, partners, and other "family" members as they attempt to support their loved one's recovery.
