My goal as a therapist is to help you understand your own history; your experiences in suffering, joy, grief, and more, so that you can openly see the person you are today and explore the person you might like to become. I specialize in working with teens, adults and families. I received my Bachelors of Arts from Santa Clara University and a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I have experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, trauma and recovery. I do my very best to make sure you are provided with a warm and friendly environment where you can heal, recover, or just learn more about yourself. Feedback from previous clients was that I had an open, humorous, flexible, and interactive style.
