Introduction

I’m Zev Berkowitz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and former School Psychologist with over 20 years of experience guiding couples, teenagers, families, and individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. After earning my degrees from New York University and Long Island University, I began my career in both outpatient and inpatient clinics. These early experiences shaped my approach to care and prepared me to establish a private practice in 2008. In 2018, I founded an online counseling service, The Virtual Counselors to make expert mental health support accessible to even more people.
