Hi, I’m Zoey Lee (She/her/hers), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and Delaware. With over 5 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I’m deeply committed to providing a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, build emotional resilience, and take empowered action toward building a life that aligns with your needs and values. I approach therapy with an intersectional feminist, anti-racist, body positive, and queer-affirming perspective. I recognize how intersecting identities and systemic oppression shape our experiences and contribute to trauma, particularly for those with marginalized identities. My work is also informed by nuanced understanding of attachment and relational trauma and how deeply those experiences can impact our mental and emotional health. My focus is on creating an environment where you can explore your emotions and experiences without fear of judgment, and heal from the shame, disconnection, and pain caused by relational trauma and marginalization. My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending relational and Attachment Based theories with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Liberation psychology, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support lasting change. Central to my work is the belief that healing begins with the therapeutic relationship—a space where you are fully seen, heard, and validated. In addition to my work with individuals, I also have experience working with children and families. After I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice in 2019, I worked in community mental health providing therapy to families struggling with relational and behavioral issues. This has deepened my understanding of how family dynamics and internal systems influence individual well-being, which I integrate into my therapy approach. If you're ready to begin therapy or if you have questions about me or my practice, I invite you to contact me today to schedule a consultation. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
