In the past 6 years, I have adopted an eclectic approach that draws on multiple techniques to fit your needs. No one person is the same, and cookie cutter treatment plans do not work well for everyone. During the first session I develop a personalized treatment plan that focuses on your personal goals, in the hopes of improving your overall wellness. Over the past few years I have learned to implement techniques that not only benefit my clients, but have also worked in my personal life. I have worked with a wide range of clients with different presenting problems; such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, relationships issues, lack of motivation, and difficulties with adjusting to change.
